you will probably want an aftermarket cpu cooler

you can get an r9 290x for less than that 290, just sort r9 290x

i would find a PSU that gets into the tier 2 category here but that is a decent psu

and i wouldn't just buy the cheapest fan you can get, it will probably be loud and obnoxious and inefficient

I'd leave off the SSD - not enough budget. And get a better quality motherboard eg ASRock Performance H97

to be able to get a better SSD eg Samsung 850 evo 250gb or a better case eg Corsair 200R or even Phanteks Enthoo Pro
