Hello so i basically already bought all these parts just waiting for arrival.
I just want to see your more of an experts thoughts on how i did. =]

PCPartPicker part list

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (£210.00 @ Amazon UK)
#My goal is to push it to 4.5 GHz with voltage as low as possible...
#Would have went for i5-6500 if paired with 1440p monitor. but from my research i fiound out that 1080p 144hz (100+ fps) needs more cpu power than 60hz 1440p. Not 100% sure though.
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U9S 46.4 CFM CPU Cooler
# Picked it over everyone's beloved 212 evo because this one is quieter
Motherboard: MSI Z170I GAMING PRO AC Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard
# I feel like i bit a bit of a marketing gimmick with dedicated audio USB for my HyperX cloud II headset ... if not this feature i would have gone with a bit cheaper z170 mobo. and i do need a wifi.
Storage: A-Data Premier Pro SP920 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£66.99 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£41.97 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card
# People say that gtx 1070 is overkill for 1080p but i went with 144hz over 1440p. And it will make my gaming rig quite future proof.
Case: Fractal Design Define Nano S Mini ITX Desktop Case (£61.99 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA GS 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
#Gtx 1070 requires 500w but with overclocks 550w should be a bit safer. And i hope enough.
Case Fan: Fractal Design GP14-WT 68.4 CFM 140mm Fan (£9.99 @ Amazon UK)
#Extra fan. Not sure if necessary and not sure if i need to buy additional fan connector/splitter ...
Monitor: AOC G2460PG 24.0" 144Hz Monitor (£303.85 @ Amazon UK)
# I used 144hz before and i cant go back. 1st time trying out Gsync though...
Keyboard: Cooler Master QuickFire Rapid-i Wired Standard Keyboard (£131.94 @ Amazon UK)
#MX browns is what i picked from youtube reviews and recommendations. I wish i could try different switches before buying keyboard though ... Oh and i'm gonna miss Numpad but i did find myself hitting side of the keyboard with a mouse before so its worth sacrifice imo.
Mouse: Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Wired Optical Mouse
#One of the best sensors on the market. I hope shape wont be an issue and praying to not get faulty product with sensor rattle which seems to be common with this product.
Headphones: Kingston HyperX Cloud II 7.1 Channel Headset (£67.30 @ Amazon UK)

Yes to be safe go for a higher wattage like 600w. Additional 50w might not be enough.

Yeah i wont be seeing it. I even picked closed case option. But i do agree that Noctua products look ugly =]

Very true and I know that Noctua make great performing coolers, I just can't bring myself to purchasing one though, due to its hideousness. The fact that his case is not windowed makes it a bit more palatable.
