I wouldn't invest on that PSU, even if it was the end of the world. Some of your links don't work for me. Why are you investing on such old tech/hardware/platform? You can build a reasonable entry level gaming system for 500USD, using PCPartPicker.

I dont think that xeon has an integrated GPU. It's probably not worth investing in ancient tech when something slightly more expensive will be exponentially faster.

I would honestly throw that whole build out - the case, case fans, CPU cooler and PSU are all junk. You can definitely get much better for your budget if you shop around. What is your overall budget?
