This is what I think will be my final build for my new gaming pc. I'm looking for any recommendations or general thoughts about it and how well it will play games. Thanks!

Specs:
Case: NZXT Phantom 630 Windowed
CPU: i7-4790K (4x 4.0GHz/8MB L3 Cache)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Memory: 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-K
Power Supply: Corsair CX750 - 80 PLUS Bronze
Cooling: Asetek 510LC Liquid CPU Cooling System
Primary Hard Drive: 120GB Kingston V300 SSD
Data Hard Drive: 1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s

Solution
Get asus z97-A motherboard if you can.
Your psu CX 750W is a poor quality one.Get a good 750w.

That PSU has bad quality capacitors in it.But you'll be fine with that.
But i'd still recommend you to go for the one i provided the link of.It's cheaper but is a good performer.

to be honest 16gb of ram is actually quite overkill for games, since most only need 4gb, I would get 8. but if your going to be multitasking get extra ram. also if you can dish out the extra money, the msi z97-gb65 is right now as much as a asus hero and is pretty much perfectly equivalent. but with that gtx 970 you can run games with ease, such as arma, skyrim and so forth.
