Thoughts on my first build?

I5 4690K
Cryorig H7 cooler
MSI Z97S Krait motherboard
Kingston HyperfuryX 16 GB DDR3-1866
Westerndigital Caviarblue 1 TB
RX 480 8 GB
NZXT S340
EVGA Super Nova 750W 80+ Bronze
Yes I do plan on getting a 240GB SSD for windows and any games I play daily and yes I already have windows available. I may also go for crossfire 480 whenever i have some extra money. I would prefer to stick with a black and white color scheme because I think it will look nice. Any help is appreciated as I am a complete noob when it comes to PC building.

Assuming you're talking about the EVGA B2 750w Bronze, and not the EVGA NEX 750w Bronze, that is a good build, but why no go Skylake? The price is about the same.

Why not go with faster RAM with a i5 6500/6600/6600K.

Because at my local microcenter they are having a sale where i can get that mobo and cpu combo for $300

Doesn't microcenter have the same or similar sales for the Skylake cpus and mobos?

$300 is not really an amazing price for that anyway.

just checked and you are right , i guess i can go with the i5 6600k , MSI Z170A krait , and 16 gb of ddr4
