Just one suggestion? change the psu to something like a supernova GS or G2 not the B2, you are overclocking get tier one psu and 650Watts are enough for your requirements,

Try an r9 390 it will help more in games but if you need to save electricity or you do video editing ect the 970 is the best bet for you.
