Thoughts on sniper motherboards?

Hey I'm building my first computer and I am having a bit of trouble choosing a motherboard. I am using the Intel Core i7 4770k and the GeForce GTX 780. I will be overclocking. I will be using my PC for gaming and uploading to YouTube. I like the look of the sniper motherboards so could
a) Tell me which sniper motherboard is best
b) Some info on the one you have suggested and why it is better then the others
c) any other suggestions for motherboards

A friend ordered this and told me about this on asking. This particular motherboard from Biostar has a GKill Sniper 8 GB Ram and a USB 2,0.May be this will help!!!have a look.
