Thoughts on Soon to be System

So that is my soon to be system, Just wondering if there are any issues that my arise...

NOTES:
I am reusing my old PSU (corsair 650) (this wont be a problem right)?
I am getting an external Optical Drive (though, since I will be loading windows 7 freshly onto a new hard drive will it matter if I use an external or do i need to take my SSD to a shop and get windows preloaded onto it)?

I use external ODD, that way I need only one. When you load the OS, make sure that your SSD is the boot disk, and load the OS onto it. For that price, you can get a better, larger EVO 850. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/samsung-internal-hard-drive-mz75e250bam

The ASUS-A is a good motherboard, but at that price and for overclocking I would want something with better power phases, such as the ASRock Extreme 4, or the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5.

Your existing PSU has limited life remaining, be prepared to replace it.
