I don't like the word beast... and at the moment you're missing any sort of storage drive (ssd or hdd). I would also get a bigger PSU if you're looking to OC and SLI. Just my 2 cents.

looks good.
but i would go with 2 sticks of 8GB RAM (in case of future upgrades)
H110i instead of H100 since 760T can fit dual 140mm radiators
ax860i instead of ax860
