=The P300A Mesh needs additional fans, so keep that in mind
-Psu is a poor partner for the gpu
=You'll want an aftermarket cooler for the cpu: Too many people have complained about high thermals, but it still hasn't clicked that these cpus are a completely different animal from how the old as well as the competition's models behave...
=I'm guessing you have a HDD already, because a 500GB SSD is a tad small for those 4 and the OS...
9/10.

More reliable psu options - 500w or greater:
Corsair CX: all black lettering
Thermaltake: Toughpower product line only
Cooler Master MWE Gold
Cooler Master MWE White or Bronze: must be version 2.0 or later!
Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro: the model with all black cables only
Antec Neo Eco Gold Zen

A few affordable cpu cooler options:
Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo
Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B
be quiet! Pure Rock 2
Thermalright ARO-M14G

You can get a 5 pack of arctic p12 pwm pst fans for around $30 and are exceptional for the price. Very quiet and I’d get those over the fans you selected
