I don't know how much editing your going to be, but if alot then this would be perfect you. The MSI is a fantastic motherboard, I also added a 250 gig 840 Evo ssd. The Samsung's are fantastic little SSD'S and you can use is as a boot drive, and install the recording programs your going to be using to it, and the editing programs. For the PSU the 850 watt Seasonic is plenty enough for overclocking and the SLI. Also, I put on a 2 TB drive versus a 1 TB because with all the footage, that could eat up alot of space. Also, go for the 4770k vs the 4280k i7. The only difference really between them is the motherboard. Unless you plan to spend 500 bucks later on for a hexacore i7, then go for the 4770k i7 on the 1150 motherboard.

- Get a single 780Ti (more than 90% of the 770SLI's performance, with less price, less hassle, less temperature)

- 1600-2000MHz RAM (RAM speed has such a small impact on performance that spending money on ultra fast RAM is only feasible if you can't spend it ANYWHERE else on the system),

- the "CM Hyper 212 Evo" instead of the "Corsair H100i" (these tiny closed-loop coolers are better suited for benchmarking because their performance starts to degrades after a couple of hours of sustained load. For practical purposes, air cooling is much better because of its consistency).

With the money you save from the above mentioned, you can get a bigger SSD, more HDD space or a more powerful CPU.
