I'd get an AMD platform in today's computing age. Samsung 970 Evo plus. You'll be fine with a 750W unit. Instead of Gold, see if you can snag a Platinum rated PSU.

Outside of that, your build is okay though you probably could do it for cheaper.

I cannot see my self doing AMD lol always been intel. I thought abo it getting a lower PS but not sure what I may do in the future. Also struggled with finding a Case. And monitor lol
