Well, first of all.. You dont have a HardDrive. Get one.. Luke Segate Barracuda 1TB, or your memory will run out in a day. Next i think that your PSU is a bit too big, a 650 or 620 would do the job. Someting like Corsair CX650 builder. And the GPU could be changed to ATI 7970 but its just what you prefer. And if you whant to overclock nownor in future. Get the 3570K version, cause 3570 is not overclockable. And if you overclock, get a aftermarket cooler, like CM hyper 212 what is about 20$

Sure! But 2tb might bee too mutch, if you dont tend to download a lot of hd pictures and movies, a good example is WD caviar black 1TB, or Samsung spinpoint 1TB or Segate barracuda 1TB
And a second thaught came in my mind of ur GPU, so you ciuld take the ATI 7979 or nVidia 670, cause its pretty similiar performance then the 680 and a lot cheaper. It would fit your budget nicely:)
