Thoughts on this gaming/video editing build?

Hey everyone, I'm just looking for your opinions on a new build. I want it to be a dual monitor setup that's used mostly for gaming and video editing. My budget is around $1400. I think it looks pretty good as it is but I'm not that experienced. Please let me know what you think and if there is anything I should change.

only changed one thing, the power supply as the corsair CX series have been said to have some low quality components.
Only other thing I would change is the power supply again to a higher wattage if you ever wanted to add a second 970 as an SLI setup.

I am also going to recommend getting 8.1 and downloading classicshell because 8.1 is better in terms of compatibility

Not sure how it is better with compatibility. Also with Win 10 coming soon, why spend more on 8.1? Going to get 10 for free either way.
