Right I’m looking to upgrade my at this point dead and buried i7 2600 to a let’s say decent gaming system

I don’t need a 4K ultra settings 120 FPS gaming system as I primarily play single player games and don’t mind playing at 1080p 60 FPS as standard on games

would this combo of motherboard and cpu be
  1. a good upgrade that does what I stated above
  2. be at least somewhat futureproof so I wouldn’t need to upgrade for at least a couple of years 2 or 3 something like that
I have a Radeon rx 570 4gb currently that I run my pc on atm but could upgrade to a better gpu if needed

It's not really a "deal" since you can buy all the components separately for the same price.

As far as "is it good?". Sure. I'd probably suggest a B550 mobo.
