RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 2666MHz CL16 1.2V
Motherboard: ASRock B450M-HDV
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 BOX
GPU: XFX RX580 8GB DDR5 GTS XXX Edition
SSD: Western Digital 120GB 2.5" Green (For O.S. and some other programs)
HDD: Seagate 1TB 2.5" BarraCuda Pro SATA3 (Mainly for games)
Case: X2 VISION 7017 ATX
PSU: Chieftec Element ELP 700S 700W 85Plus Bronze ATX
CPU cooling: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO (Not really sure about this one but i heard that the stock Ryzen 5 2600 cooler isn't the best if you want it to be nice and cool)

Can't go to i5 or GTX1060 6GB because where i live they cost way more than what my budget can afford. Don't really care about overclocking either. This system costs roughly 942$ where i live. Cant really go much higher than this. Also I aim for a nice 1080p gaming experience. Anything above 30FPS is good for me.

Thanks for the replies and opinions in advance!

Solution
Scap that cooler I doubt it's actually better than the stock one on the 2600, spend that money to get a 250 gb SSD so you can actually put a couple of modern games on it

The AMD CPU fans are good from what many people have been saying. Also, next week is the Consumer Electronics
Show and will be releasing the 3000 series. So if you can hold off on purchasing the Ryzen 2600 and wait for the new CPUs to release, you may be able to purchase one of those at the same cost, or a bit more. In addition, purchasing the 2700x if you wanted due to the price drops.

Here is what is rumored:
