Thoughts on upgrading

this is my build should i upgrade my mobo and cpu or graphics card i cannot do both.
CPU: Intel i5 3570 Quad core
GPU: EVGA GTX 670 FTW
PSU: Chieftec 560 Watt
MOBO: ASUS P8H61-M LE/CSM
RAM: 8GB Crucial balistix DDR3 1600 mhz
SDD: PNY 128GB w/Windows 10 pro
HDD: 500GBx2 = 1TB

First off, a 3570 won't bottleneck a 1060 in most games:

Games like BF1 sure, but that's the exception these days, not the rule. If you upgrade your CPU+mobo right now you won't notice much (if any) difference with your 670. If you upgrade your GPU to something in the rx 480, gtx 1060 class it's a big jump in performance. Even if it's bottlenecking slightly it's not a big deal. Getting 90% out of a card that's close to twice as fast is still a big net gain.
