Im about to get a new monitor but i cant pick one.
I would like some recommendations for monitors around 150 200$ but i dont want them to be with TN panels.Preferably 75hz or overclocable to it.

it really depends on what you are going to do with the monitor.
TN panels are good for gaming due to fast switching.
Good TN panel is better than mediocre IPS panel.
VA panels are somewhere in the middle.
If it's for pure gaming, get 1080p 144Hz monitor like this - https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1073477-REG/acer_um_fg6aa_b01_gn246hl_bbid_24_3d_ready.html
for anything else https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-l24q-20-23-8-ips-led-qhd-monitor-silver/5747424.p?skuId=5747424&ref=199&loc=8BacdVP0GFs&acampID=1&siteID=8BacdVP0GFs-14d90_oB192S7GeKw2oSxA

If you'd be able to stretch the budget a bit, that would be awesome: https://www.amazon.com/BenQ-GW2765HT-27-Inch-2560x1440-Monitor/dp/B00KYCSRSG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1514823613&sr=8-1&keywords=1440p+ips+monitor

Anyway, if you are ready to go through tedious search, you would be able to find a good monitor on sale for your budget. the thing is that pricing changes almost daily, so you would be better finding specific model that fit both your budget and requirements and asking people their thoughts on this monitor.
