You would need ot switch to a 2k/4K high refresh rate monitor asap, since the folowing build(even yours for that matter is overkill).

Here is my submission with room for fine tuning;

I don't think you'd need the X870E chipset, what are you looking for in your build's motherboard?

That looks pretty overpriced but if you cant build yourself then it is decent. If you manage to build yourself though or get it assembled by a pro, then you can get an entire setup for that price. And a pretty solid one too...

Well from the website that i was planning to purchase from have these Motherboards to choose from

ASUS® ROG CROSSHAIR X870E HERO

ASUS® ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO

ASUS® ProArt X670E-CREATOR WIFi

GIGABYTE X870E AORUS MASTER

ROG STRIX X870-F GAMING WIFI

GIGABYTE X870E AORUS MASTER

GIGABYTE X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7

ASUS® TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WIFI

ASUS® PRIME X870-P WIFI

Basically, I'm looking for a decent Mobo that won't be a bottleneck for the other parts, so any input would be greatly welcomed!

you want a motherboard that has the features you need. you need to think about how many/what kind of usb ports, sata ports, m.2 slots, onboard sound and so on and so on.

the motherboard is not going to "bottleneck" anything. what it will do is provide the right features for your needs, more than you need or not enough for your needs. spend the time now to figure out what you will need or possibly need in the future and then look at your options to see which ones meet these needs. then pick one based on the other features it has such as color, rgb, or other bells and whistles included.

something to consider as well with these companies building for you. that psu is a good one for sure, but often the company only uses the cables needed for the build and does not send you the left overs. then when you need to add something, you don't have the cable for it despite it coming with the psu. so def ask if they give you all the included cables so you can upgrade/add-on later if desired.

Tbh I'm A bit green when choosing maybe you could suggest a mobo from that list above could look into. I would like a mobo that could accept parts that can be upgradable in the future i would like it to have sufficient spacing and not cramped on the board i would quite like if it could light up with RGB but not to nessary. Not sure if that was any help at all.. Maybe a high-end board not the best of best?

as this is most likely a gaming machine, start with the usb ports. what are you going to plug into the pc? kb, mouse, wifi dongle, headset, external hdd, capture card, etc etc etc. now what type of connections do these tings have? usb a, c, 3.0, 3.2 etc etc etc.....

you list a small os drive and then 2 tb m.2 for storage. is that enough? are you going to want a third drive soon, maybe some small sata ssd's for other data? do you install one game at a time or want your entire steam library installed at all times "just in case".

do you have some music and videos you need to store? are you trying to catalog every movie and song ever made and store it on your pc?

again, think about what you do with and might want to do with your pc in the future. spell it out so you can figure out your needs. maybe you don't make video og your gameplay today, but is it something you think about doing?

i don't know the answers but you do. once can make a list of feature needs, then can look at mobo's to see what fits.

i personally like the GB aorus series. i have an aorus pro, elite and master in my house. the master has the most features but would be overkill on the other 2 which is why they got lower end parts. if you just wanna go big and have it all, then the ROG crosshair hero models are pretty much always top quality as the price suggests.
