No, it's unlikely that they'll be able to restore anything if it was encrypted with a TPM.
They would need to brute-force the key which takes a very long time. A GTX1080 can only do 860 passwords per second, which isn't particularly fast.
Depends what you mean by "compromised".

If you mean can the data be accessed, sure it can by a determined person who has the required technical skills.
(with a username like yours I would have expected you to realise that - - lol).

What you should have done is securely wiped it before returning it, before selling it or whatever.

Phillip, my educated wild guess is that most if not all DR companies/specialists have more than enough work to do to be bothered with "snooping" through a hard-drive. I might be wrong, however, let's see what others post.
