Since F@H can run on GPU, maybe getting the lower cost CPU and putting more $$$ for GPU resources would be a better move.

Will you be folding on a graphics card? In that case, and that's the only purpose for this box, get the cheapest CPU available.

The 1600 will fold about twice as fast as the 1300X due to having 50% more cores, SMT and more L3 cache. That would seem like the most logical pick if you want the best folds-per-buck/watt you can get on AMD's side of the pond.
