thread deleted on laptop tech support

I've just written a thread on Laptop tech support about my charger acting up and the thread was deleted without any feedback. I don't understand this type of behaviour, really. And I don't understand where I was supposed to write about my specific problem. Not ONE single word about why this happened. This really encouraged me to go on finding solutions on this forum.

Right. What I did was only to refresh the page, because it wasn't displaying anything. It happened twice in Firefox, first when I created the thread and then when I submitted it. Thanks for letting me know, though a simple message such as "duplicate" would have been enough.

Any message you received was an automated one sent by the system and I have no control over that.
