How can i compile those kernels? Ive never done something like it before.

install necessary development packages for compiling, then download the kernel source code then compile it.
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Kernel/Compile

alternatively you can download precompiled version from here:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.3-rc4-unstable/
install the relevant linux-header and linux-image package you need with 'dpkg'

It is for me. I only use the programs that are on kali like nmap.
