Specs:
Ryzen 5 3400G
Vega 11 iGPU
1x8GB Patriot Viper Steel 3200Mhz
128GB Kingston SSD & 1TB WD Blue HDD
AS Rock A320m-HDV r4.0 Motherboard
Things I've tried so far:
Using DDU to uninstall the drivers
Reinstalling drivers using Radeon Software
Reinstalling Windows
Making sure that BIOS is up to date.
My brand new PC crashes with this message only after doing specific things. So far it's been using the BlueStacks emulator and playing Stardew Valley. I would get a BlueScreen withing 45 minutes of using those.
I've tried playing other games such as Borderlands 2 and Elder Scrolls Online for 5+ hours and it worked just fine. Also, I've been using Chrome and Firefox, watching Youtube in 1080p and watching Netflix without any issues.
I tried sending back the PC to the manufacturers' company and they send me a new one but the issue still persists.
The PC is pre-built and sent directly from their store. I don't know if I should ask for a refund and buy a completely new PC or try to fix this. I've been dealing with it for 2+ weeks and I'm getting tired.
I've been planing on getting an Nvidia GTX 1650 in a few months so I could wait until I get a new GPU and then the issue might be solved. Although, I'm not 100% sure about what I should do.
