Does anyone know what is the best cooler for ThreadRipper 1950x ?
AIO and Air one of each if possible.

Go for the best water cooling unit in that budget, that chip can get quite hot. Didnt get much choice on pc partpicker, so would suggest you to look in stores and get a 360mm radiator cooling or make yourself a custom water cooling loop.

I would say 200$ at max, just wanna get the best for it.

It doesn't cover the whole T4, if I will go for Air it better have fully covered socket plate.
