Three beeps on start (good ram)

Hello,

I have been having issues with my custom built pc. I tried a lot of troubleshooting and decided the board was the issue. After replacing the board, I still have issues. I believe my old board had no internal speaker so I did not realize it was working. I have an Intel i5 3570k in a Intel DZ77SL-50K board. I am using Kingston hyperX ddr3 ram. When I start the pc I get 3 beeps and the pc restarts and does this over and over and over. I have done the memory one at a time, used different slots. I even tried 2 other sticks I had and still got the same error beeps. Any ideas?

Are those 1 long beep and 2 short ones? if so its a GPU problem. Which GPU do you have? List your full pc specs. Being your mobo 3rd gen Intel you might need to update its BIOS in order to recognize your GPU (depending which gpu u got).

I'm using the dedicated graphics currently. I tried my gpu, amd Radeon 7850,and it still did the same beeps. All the same length, about 1 second. Sometimes it does a quick 4th one before it restarts

Well you need to find out what does those 3 long beeps mean. Try checking your mobo's manual under the troubleshooting section.
