Hey guys,
Looking for a gaming build for around $1,000.
Did a lot of research last two days and came up with 3 builds..
Haswell

-- Memory here has a fast speed for CPU as partpicker says, but I want to OC anyway.. Is this bad/good/fine? The 1866 memory actually costs more.
-- Is this case decent? Looks cool, and I can add in the extra 2 fans or should I try to attach the Liquid cooling radiator to the top instead?
-- Is my power supply good enough?

-- Well, its a cheaper build but sockets are dead.. and I am coming from an E6400 processor lol so might as well go with Haswell to be future proof? Comments?
-- Is the case fine, power supply?
AMD FX

-- Is the mobo good for gaming/OC?
Now.. I realize that Intel > AMD in terms of gaming but price difference is also around $~200.
Approximate Purchase Date: Week to a month.. all prices ending 7/4/13 though.
Budget Range: Total $~1,000 without monitor
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming mainly with regular use as well.
Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Parts to Upgrade: None, new build.
Do you need to buy OS: Don't think so.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Cheapest?
Location: City, State/Region, Country : CA - USA.
Parts Preferences: Thinking Intel and Nvidia over AMD and Radeon.
Overclocking: Definitely, in time but yeah want to do 4.6 on Haswell.
SLI or Crossfire: Potentially in the future yes.
Your Monitor Resolution: Upgrade to 1920x1080 or whatever will be decent.
Additional Comments:
Games: Tera, Skyrim, Neverwinter, mainly MMO's.
-- Currently rocking Tera(Unreal Engine 3) at LOWEST graphics & Resolution at ~15FPS LOL
Case: Well i would like it to look nice.. maybe red theme as in the link for Haswell?
HDD: The 120GB ssd should be fine for me, I don't use much space but might get the Caviar Blue later on since its $50..
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Well, because I run my parents system from '07 and its TERRIBLE for gaming.
8400 GS video card LOL and 2.1Ghz Core 2 duo that can't be OC'd with stock Mobo.
DEFINETLY interested in overclocking.. might become a new hobby
Any SUGGESTION or CHANGES are welcome as I want to have the best value/dollar and could have missed things..
Also, need suggestion for gaming mouse, monitor, keyboard.
Sorry for the long post, lots of info and questions though
THanks for helping out
