[SOLVED] Three desktop PCs, one pair of lautspeakers

I want to use three desktop PCs and I have this pair of loudspeakers with one 3.5 mm cable: https://www.saturn.de/de/product/_logitech-z200-1766067.html

What is the best way to connect three PCs to this pair of loudspeakers? Each PC has a 3.5 mm output but I do not want to switch the cable every time I use a different PC.

Or would it be easier to buy loudspeakers that connect via Bluetooth or USB, can I connect three PCs with those easily?

A mixer console would allow you to have three devices connected and mute individual inputs.
