Three displayport monitors to GTX 970?

Hey guys I'm trying to connect three Dell U2414H's into a triple monitor setup so I can use Surround for my games. The monitors only have HDMI and Displayport though while the GTX 970 has 1 DVI-I, 1 DVI-H, 1 Displayport and 1 HDMI.

How would I go about connecting them together? Thanks!

either a dvi to hdmi adapter, or if you monitors allow, daisy chain from displayport.

Do it as follows. DP stays on DP, HDMi has absolutely no problem whatsoever to go to DP, all You need is either adapter, or cable with diff. endings, just watch out for male/female. And last one is tricky. You dhould go via dvi-d [which is purely digital] NOT the dvi-i, which runs also an analogue signal. And that's that. Keep it real!

Your monitor does support daisy chaining via displayport, so you could plug 1 monitor to your GPU, then the 2nd monitor to 1st and the 2nd to the 3rd via the Displayport MST ports.
