Three headphone jacks to one coaxial converter

I've been using a computer as a media center for some time. It had coaxial out which ran to my receiver. This provided me with 5.1 channel sound and worked well.

After it broke, I replaced it with another computer I had on hand. This new computer handles 5.1 channel audio as well however it achieves this in a very odd way. It has one headphone jack out for front speakers. Another out for rear speakers, and another out for center and subwoofer. Apparently you would typically use computer speakers to connect to this kind of equipment.

I really want to connect this to my receiver. My receiver accepts HDMI, optical, and coaxial. So I need some device that lets me convert all of this.

Is this possible? If no device exists, could I splice anything to make this happen?

You can use the HDMI to output sound to the receiver in 5.1 channel audio.

I don't have HDMI out or I'd do that! Using Windows 7 Ultimate.

Side note - my previous computer DID have HDMI out, however the convergence was crap and I could never get the picture to line up right on the TV. I don't know why this is. So for 6 years I've used D-SUB for video and COAX for audio.

Get an USB sound card with optical out - you should be able to get one for under$20. You will need also an optical cable, for another $10 or less.
