Three new sets of ram. None work.

Alright so here is the deal. A few weeks ago one of my sticks of RAM went bad, so I decided to purchase some new RAM to speed up my computer. I bought all my ram from newegg and so far none of it is working.

Before anyone asks, I have tried my one working stick of RAM in all four dimm slots and it works in every single one.

Basically I am sitting here with three new sets of RAM and I can't get any of them to work. When I try to install any of the new ram, I am making sure it is fully seated in the dimm slot and I am not mixing and matching ram. My computer fans will turn on and a few lights will turn on, but my computer wont post or make a beeping noise as if it were about to start up. My monitor screen stays black and thats as far as it goes.

Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I would be very surprised if newegg sent me three bad sets of ram in a row seeing as how I have never had anything bad from them before. None of the new ram smells like it has been fried and there are no burn marks on any of it.

Try just 1 RAM stick in different slots.

Already tried that. Ive tried every single ram stick 1 at a time in each different slot and still nothing. Besides my 1x 2GB stick that works still. And it works in every slot.

Often older AMD's require a BIOS update for 4GB/stick densities to work properly.

Q - What CPU?
Q - What BIOS ; look in the BIOS or use CPU-z (Mainboard -tab) -> http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
IMO - minimum version 2005
Q - What DIMM slots are you using? ; use the Blue slots
Q - What OS? e.g. Windows 7 x64 Home Premium, etc.

I just checked the QVL list and your 1 stick is on it and those others are not.

Maybe the mobo is just super sensitive and refuses the RAM u provided.

Dimm slots - Ive tried them all but I use the blue ones
OS - Currently using Windows 7 64 Bit Ultimate

The BIOS needs to be updated, use BIOS version 2105. Note the link for ASUS EZ Flash 2 there's a How To (Flash Drive setup) and How To video.
