Alright. Imagine your motherboard comes with WiFi capability, and you install an internal PCIe wifi card, and also plug in a USB wifi dongle. Which one will be used? On Windows how do you activate/deactivate each of these? In terms of speed, which one is faster? How about latency? That's a lot of questions. Thank you.

Let me change the question a bit. I have a tp-link archer ac1200 wifi PCIe adapter and the motherboard I'm using is ASUS B560 TUF Gaming plus WiFi. I'm wondering what happens if I connect all the various WiFi cards/devices at the same time and which one is a better option...

You have WiFi router.
You can connect many devices to it, at the same time.

Either wired and/or WiFi.

The built in WiFi system on your motherboard simply connects to the router.
No need for anything else on that PC.
