Question Thremal throttling

I own a Hp omen 15 - dc0106tx and its only been 7 months since I bought it, and since a month or so back it has been throttling alot cpu temps close to 97 degrees and gpu : 92 degrees, it has never throttled before but now it drops frames and throttles during both gameplay and rendering.
Is there any solution to this?

Clean the dust from it, replace the thermal paste, use a laptop cooling pad.

Pretty much what WildCard said. Clean the interior (fans and heatsinks) with an air compressor and reapply new thermal compound if you haven't already.
