[SOLVED] Throttlestop: Could not open WinRing0.dll

Hello im using Throttlestop many time, but yesterday i get error : Could not open WinRing0.dll....

i tried to run OpenHardwareMonitor, but its doesn't worked.

Any help?

Hey, i was having the exact same problem, but i figured out what was causing it
It was Riot Games new videogame, Valorant. Because of their new anti cheat, it blocks some applications , including those ones... uninstalled the game, including the anti cheat that comes with it, and everything went back to normal.

That's actually so dumb. I thought it was something to do with my windows defender but it was valorant. oml

This is a problem with Windows Defender 100%.

Need to disable kernel protection in Windows Defender.
