Question Throttlestop how to reset

Hey guys!

i was having issues with my lenovo legion y520 laptop, it was running slow.
I noticed that the intel i7 7700HQ processor is only running at 0.79 ghz isntead of 2.80.
Throttlestop allowed me to get the normal values back but now i have no way to reset it to default(0.80) so i can rma it.
i have read that throttlestop makes no permament changes on your laptop but whenever i close the app, remove it from autostart even delete the .ini file completly restart the notebook,
it stays the same. Even resetting throttlestop back to default does not fix the issue.
I would appreciate any help.

Go in to bios, under exit reset to default/optimal settings. Save and restart. That should reset it.

I tried it and reinstalled windows but it still runs on 3+ Ghz what can i do?
Is there a way i burned it inside my.cpu settings?

Where are you seeing the 3.0ghz speed?
