[SOLVED] Throttlestop not working on dell G7

I have a dell G7 laptop with an i7-8750h. I just resinstalled windows 10 and I'm trying to use throttlestop to undervolt my CPU a bit because it gets hot. When I try to apply the values it does not change the undervolt offset. I have even tried using XTU and its all grayed out. I previously undervolted before using throttlestop and it worked before I reinstalled. What is going on? Could use help.

Updated - Have the latest version with unlocked voltages
