Question Thumb drive computer with WiFi?

I'm looking for a single board solution that can act as a USB slave while sending data files written as csv files to the "drive" over WiFi. Preferably I'd like to preprocess with node.js and send either with websockets of a messaging protocol like PubNub

Here is a project that makes RPi zero to function as a thumb USB drive. You should be able to use it as a starting point for the rest of your project - an application which monitors a folder, and whenever a new entry appears and stays, to process it.
