Question Thunderbird email question

I have just updated to the latest version 115.3.3

Now when i open and email the heading title of all my other emails are shown on what looks like the favorites bar in a browser.

This did not happen on previous version , how do i stop this from happening.

these are tabs. Just close the tabs after reading.

Eventually you can alter the settings of Thunderbird to not use tabs but separate windows

Not a Thunderbird user [full disclosure].

Possibilities:

1) The previous version did not do that.

2) The previous version did do that but the feature/function was disabled.

3) The new version simply defaulted to an enabled tconfiguration and needs to be disabled again.

4) Some add-on now either absent or present....

Look through Thunderbird's configuration settings and options.

Very likely there is some check box to enable or disable the appearance of all the other emails.
