Hi, I have successfully installed the Asus Thunderbolt EX 3 PCI Express 3.0 x4 Card onto my PC (running Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit operating system). I have also installed the thunderbolt software and I can see my Samsung X5 Hard drive (Windows NTFS formatted) connected to the port. I've allowed the drive to always connect. However, the drive doesn't show up as a drive anywhere (like where all the other drives usually would be found). I can't see it anywhere - so please can you tell me how I can actually access the drive now that it's connected and powered??

Question Thunderbolt 3 on PC - I can see the drive connect through the thunderbolt software but it doesn't mount anywhere. Why? How can I access my drive?
