thinking about buying an XPS 9360 which had thunderbolt 3 ..does it support 4k st 60 Hz?

does that mean I can connect this laptop using a thunderbolt to hdmi to my 4k tv monitor at 60 Hz ?

which cable or adapter would I need exactly

oh I know to buy a dock forthe laptop?

Do you "Need" it? No but it's also something that is really convenient to have. Every port gets replicated to the dock which means if your have a TV, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse and other things to connect you only need to plug them into the dock and the dock to the Laptop when your not mobile.
