Question Thunderbolt Connectivity Issues (AMD)

Hi, for the past 2 days I've been looking for solution, and not finding any eats my energy up.
So far still clueless whether it's possible on my setup.

Here we go...
MOBO: ASUS TUF GAMING B550 PLUS with Thunderbolt header
PCIe: ASUS ThunderboltEX 3 (not recognized in Windows), official drivers installed

Device used with Thunderbolt: Apollo x4 (audio interface)

I'm really clueless as there is almost no information about these.
My header looks completely different than the ones mentioned on the web.

Need help, ASAP.

I've already got ThunderboltEX 3 PCIe board so what's the issue? The one you reffer to is not even available, lol.

check the spec, it show the compatible motherboard

It's not available. Most likely not gonna get one. It is 14pin header on my MOBO whereas cable that comes with the board is 5pin. Is there a workaround? 5pin male to 14pin female?

they have different thunderbolt 3 controller. not support on the amd 550 chipset.

Have found this deal. My board is supported, but who knows what additional BS is going to be required to maybe make it work.
