Question Thurmalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE... Why not?

After looking at the Thurmalalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE, outside of costing a little more, only a couple dollars more if you want the fancy lights, I don't see any reason not to get it instead of the Peerless Assassin 120 SE. Same size, one more heatpipe. Am I missing something?

What are the odds that it cools worse than the PA 120 SE? Is it possible? Am I wrong about the same size and low clearance over the ram?

And I do wonder how it compares to its more tested brother, the Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT.

Anyway, is there a reason not to get it instead if you are committed to trying a cheap tank of a heatsink in an effort to cool a hot CPU?
