Go for it dude, that's the same exact one I bought & I love it too! In fact your getting cheaper than what I payed.

I gotta ask though, how come the price so wildly varries on GameVE.com for Geforce4 ti4200's? That one is only 70 bucks, yet some of them climb to 150???
 
I suppose the ones that are $150 are the 128 meg cards. There's only a couple percentage points gain in performance for this chip. Do yourself a fabor & go with the 64meg card, that one is a much better deal. I know there are 256 meg cards available on the market these days, but don't let that scare your buying purchase. THere's really nothing to worry about. Your card should be supported on newer games for a couple more years, & by then you will have probably upgraded anyways. But if you haven't by then, you'll still be on the "list of supported cards" even if you have to crank down the detail some.
