Is there a way to change things in the Tiberian Dawn Demo? I mean where
can I look to make things stronger, and more powerful? I can't remember if
there is a ini file like in the Red Alert (Rules.ini). Any help?

CCEdit should work, although it's been a long time since I played C&C.
You can download it from here:
