I've had this issue for a while now, so I'm not exactly sure when this "Tick" sound started. It would make a single tick every time I boot to Windows, and every time I shut it down. It can't be the hard drive since it's a different frequency. The tick sound that my PC makes is similar to a single tick that an Arduino relay module makes when turned on.

I've tried to listen and even look for any visual cues for that audible tick. But I couldn't successfully track it down accurately, although the sound is coming from the bottom half of my PC.

Does anyone have any ideas on where the sound is coming from?

If it helps, here's my PC specs:
i7 4770
16 GB RAM
MSI B85M-E45
GTX 1080 Strix
CoolerMaster 750 PSU (Not exactly sure which model)
2 TB WD HDD
6 TB WD HDD
120GB SSD (Kingston)
250GB SSD (Samsung 860 Evo)

Thanks in advance!

Nope, not as far as I could see. This problem doesn't annoy me in everyday use, but it's just worrying. Perhaps it's foreshadowing a dead PSU? Not sure at all.

I had a broken beeper one time. It couldn't beep so it 'clicked'. Did your computer ever have 'beep' speaker? It's the diagnosing tool (code beeper). It's located on your motherboard or maybe in the I/O jacks on the lower left hand corner of you motherboard. You can find them on Newegg or Amazon.
