Tiger Woods 2003 PC - silly courses?

Does anyone know of any Crazy Golf style courses for this game? I've
downloaded a few courses; some great, some not so good, but only one
is `silly`, in that the green is about 200 feet underground. The game
code doesn't really cope with it very well though.

I was hoping there were some more silly ones out there, but I've not
found any yet. Can anyone help out here?

Silly game: silly courses: makes sense to me.
