Tight Budget <$300 for low-medium gaming

I have $300 to spend just on the pc itself. I have money for the os and keyboard/mouse. With the $300 I plan to game sc2 at low-medium settings, Combat Arms, and Minecraft. My friend just got me into LoL and I want to play that as well.

I have a 1920x1080p monitor by lg. Here is my build so far.

Because I will be using an integrated graphic card, I really just focused on ram. I paired up 2x4gb 1866 to increase speed as that seems logical since the gpu is in cpu. I wanted the cpu at least 3.0Ghz since this is an AMD chip and at decent igpu. Later on, I will upgrade to an actual discrete gpu.

Because of the cheap parts, will this build last for about 2 years? I don't want to spend 300 then have it last for like 6 months or a year.

if you go amd please get a fx cpu maybe a fx 6xxx its good for gaming witha card

It won't last for 2 years. $300 is way too low of a budget. Might as well buy a console. $400 could get you much farther and with $500 I think it should last you 2 years.

This isn't just a gaming system. I want to do school work as well. And the new ps4 and xbox1 is really overrated. Besides the games I play are only for pc

Instead of apu someone suggest to go with FX. I did and for the gpu I went with 5450. Yes 5450 is nothing but I looked at the games I play and the specs recommend even smaller like 4000. I think Im going to get another 5450 and crossfire it.

You will not be able to crossfire with this ECS A960M-M3. And it has just two slots for memory so (2 x 2GB) will be bad for upgrade.
