[SOLVED] Tightening ram timings

Hello first of all my System specs:
Psu corsair cx750
Mobo msi b450 tomahawk max
Ram 4x8 ddr4 gskill tridentz 3600mhz cas18
Cpu AMD ryzen 3600x
Gpu sapphire 5700xt nitro+

So lets say my system is stable with 4x8 dimms at 3600mhz and timings 18-22-22-22-42 with xmp on. Would it be possible for me to achieve 16 or 17 cas latency and tighter timings with the same frequency? And what else should i change?

Thanks i Will try the calculator. But generally is it worth it or is it going to push the memory controller too much?

If it works then no problem, I'm doing similar thing with my Kingston RAM. XMP for 3600MHz says it should be Cl18 but I managed to set it to Cl16 which improved performance quite a bit. Ryzen likes fast RAM and low Cl as well as dual channel.
