Question tightening timing

I have a 3000hz (xpg z1) with cas 16 (16-16-16-36). I want to tighten the timing a bit. how should i approach this and whats the tightest this ram can go?

there is no general answer to this
it depends on what your ram modules can handle, mainboard components quality/how many layered traces are there and it also depends on memory controller
