tightest timmings

Ok i was wondering what the tightest timings u guys have ever achieved?

im just curious as what u could push ur ram to..


ok now i got a hectic old pc +- 5 yrs upgraded a few times i got ddr 400 lol go figure and lastnyt i got hit by a very nasty virus so i decided to format and reinstall and play around with over clocking it before i OC my new pc when it get here...
i went to the bios and saw that my timmings were at 3-3-3-9 just wondering if that is the norm for ddr400 ram, and if i could squeeze sum performance out of it including OC cpu and grafix card...

that system is
intel P4 3.0ghz
i have a apexer board =/ no idea model
1gb ddr4 ram
and a 6600gt agp =/ thx to a ****MoBo

any help as to wat to do or if i can do it willl be appreciated

ddr RAM can have way lower timings than ddr2 because of its low frequencies notice ddr3 has lik 9-9-9-27 or something ridiculous lol

I have some DDR2 800 running at 4-3-3-9

i had my crappy kingston 667 ddr2 underclocked to 533 and timings of 4-4-4-12 1T for two weeks then it just failed memtest in like 7 seconds....brought it back to 2T and fine -_-' nice two weeks tho
